Here's the link to the actual pdf:

Good for CASA!!! chef is not as smart as he thinks he is. If you go to PhillyIMC's home page, you will notice that you can select English, Spanish or French. Just because he has the English version of this hand book does not mean it doesn't come in Spanish or French. Also, PhillyIMC takes on immigration issues from all nationalities, not just hispanics. The majority may be hispanic, but a large portion are African and MiddleEastern immigrants.
Wow! What a joke. My favorite line from the pamphlet is "don't lie." Technically, anything said or done with the intent to mislead is a lie. Lawyers who aid and assist undocumented/illegal aliens to remain in this country should be deported along with the people that they are aiding. Any attorney who takes an oath to uphold the law (which they all do) and then works to keep people who are breaking the law from feeling the effects of their actions is a hypocrite and a lier. That goes for all lawyers. Immigration is a big deal and it always has been with Americans. Yes, this country would not be what it is w/o immigrants, but there is a legal process that needs to be followed, regardless of your nationality. We do not need to make it "easier" for people to immigrate. The law is the law. Having the rights and privileges of a citizen is not something that should be easily gotten because of its importance to a nations survival. Immigration reform will never work for both sides. If it's to tough, then the illegals will whine and be heard (even though they shouldn't). If it's too soft, then the citizens will whine and not be heard (even though they should).
Melchor, African and Middle Eastern immigrants don't plague this country with illegals the way that Hispanics do. Sorry, just a fact of life.
Another "How-To" book for breaking the law. Then we wonder why illegal activity is so high (even if it is written in English, French or Spanish).
Wow, El Melchor, I guess the illegal French Aliens will be flocking to Philly now that the radical conservative was elected yesterday. Good thing they're prepared with these handy "how to break the law" pamphlets.
Goose, in case you hadn't noticed, Chef was making fun of this because it was in English. I was pointing out that it comes in Spanish too. If the constitution protects freedom of speach, why are people like Des always complaining about it when it inconviences them?
Chef, you are a retard today. The immigrants from Africa and the Middle East speak either English or French. Having this in French is for the benefit of these people as well as Hatian and other Carribean immigrants that don't speak Spanish.
Goose, Do you remember 9/11? This opened up a whole can of worms in regards to Middle Eastern illegal immigration.
armed this this pamphlet and a race card, we can sit back and expect our nation to nothing while we watch the terrorist come on in.
Freedom of Speech does not give anybody the right to break the law. True, this pamphlet is not breaking the law but it is telling people how to and that is wrong. It doesn't inconvenience me that this was published. What bothers me is the hypocrisy. You claim this is exercising their right of Free Speech. If someone published a pamphlet on how to properly perform hate crimes, you bet that there would be a public out cry from the Liberals. "How can they do this! This is racist and we won't stand for it!" Hey, sorry, it's just Free Speech. Those who claim Free Speech for them selves must be ready to listen to ALL forms of Free Speech. I don't condone Hate Crime pamphlets and I don't condone this immigration garbage.
Is this really any different than and advertising lawyer?
