The Republicans that have ruined the party, want McCain. Must resist.

Big spending Republicans that have ignored conservative issues, ignored the voice of the people on illegal immigration, plagued Washington with corruption stories, and otherwise acted like Democrats, are all throwing their support behind McCain.

I think this should be an eye opener for any that may get caught up in the McCain movement.  Even our local Gov. and several others have endorsed him. It seems that some the Republicans that have given the party a bad name want to keep control and McCain is their way to do it.

McCain is the leader of the group of Republicans that promote big government and big spending.  He supports liberal agendas, contrary to the majority of Americans views.  He is riddled with scandal and questionable business dealings. He is exactly what we all said we hated about the Republicans and why it was said they deserved to get beat.

Why is he so appealing?

I don't think that you need to worry your pretty little head over this one.

Hey, do you ever get the feeling that you're just talking to yourself?

Psychologists say that it's a sign of a healthy psyche to talk to one's self.

McCain is a politician that will "go both ways" when it comes to politics.  This is what makes him appealing.  He's seen as a Repbulican that can cross that line and win Democratic votes.

Sounds like somebody I should vote for, but I still like Romney. I think the Reps want McCain because he would be better than Hillary and may take some of the Liberal votes.

I think you are right, but isn't it sad that we have come to choosing the lesser of an evil?

We are all imperfect and need to remember this. One thing that frightens me are people who think that what they do and believe is the only right way and supperior to others. One example of this is Al-Qaeda. Another was the trap that Hitler made for many Germans in the 1930's. A great example of the opposite is President Gordon B Hinckley. He will be the first to tell us that he doesn't have all the answers and is only human. However, he will always show is the way to get the right answers and then remind us to be humble about it.
