Guess what Hollywood, we don't care

They had the Oscars I didn't notice.

Playing the blame game. Those darn striking writers. They messed up the whole thing. I have news for these Hollywood wackoes... I wouldn't have watched it even if the writers didn't strike.

The other day I heard a list of the most "geeky" movies of all time. I believe that The Lord of The Rings Trilogy was number one. I find it interresting that the Oscars last good year was when Lord of The Rings won best picture. Maybe hollywood needs to rethink who to cater to... the geeks (like me) or the lefty wackoes.

Another thought (since we are on a Ayn Rand kick this week). The government will pass laws requiring all of us to watch a certain number of hours of TV shows that suck, spend an alloted dollar amount on the cinema for movies that suck and listen to radio shows that put us to sleep. All those who refuse will be fined and given community service to supply the needs of the lazy. After all, it is unfair that mediocrity gets a back seat to real genious. (sarcasm intended)
