Speak Your Mind Friday! - The "almost didn't make it" Edition

Well, guess what?  We are back in business... Mostly. The main functionality has returned. You will see random changes with the front page and fixes to the avatars and pics, but we are close.

So what happened you ask?

Let me tell you,

We upgraded many many things.  For the tech geeks, here is the detail:

We upgraded from Community Server 1.2 to version 2.1 to 2.1 sp4 to 3.0 to 2007 to 2007

We upgraded from SQL Express 2005 to SQL Server Standard

We upgraded from Windows 2003 Server to Windows Server 2008

We upgraded from IIS 6.0 to IIS 7.0

and fiiiiinaly we have SYMF!

And not a moment to spare.  I had to have it up for the communist convention in Denver this weekend...
