Bailout Bill Fails in the House

Thank heavans!  I smell a huge wolf in sheeps clothing on this one.

Why do they need to push it through so fast?

What is going to happen in they don't bail out?

What is going to happen to those responsible?

Who regulates the regulators that caused this?

Why is credit being hard to come by a bad thing?

Until i can get an honest answer to these and many more questions, i cannot support my tax dollars toward this move to socialism.

I have these questions too. I also have a problem with having my tax dollars buy "bad paper" from foreign banks that have a presence here in the US. Also, why does this bill include bad car and credit card debt???

Great question.. Why is this bill all the sudden about credit?  i thought is was because of bad home loans?

The story keeps changing and is very fishy.

I also don't know that i'm comfortable with Sec. Tresury having that much power..

I just watched MSNBC's stock exchange commentator admit that this is all about credit. "They" say that our economy is going to collapse if there isn't a loosening of credit so that those who can't get credit (and probably shouldn't) can now find it.

I find myself thinking about the prophet's admonition to avoid debt.
